Hollister Ranch is a 14,400 acre ranch subdivision, comprising of three distinct property categories: Front Parcel, Mid-Parcel, and Back Parcel. Each of the 13 canyons within the ranch have their own unique characteristics and appeal. The only point of entry and exit for the ranch is through the HR Gatehouse at Parcel 122, located on the southeast corner of the ranch. The ranch's main road runs through the Front Parcels, offering easy access to all parts of the ranch. The mid-parcels and back parcels are accessible through internal roads.
