Rental Agreement

Puesta del Sol Rental Agreement

Payment
Check or wire transfer for 50% of the total rental amount within 10 calendar days of making a reservation. Balance of rental amount, 50%, plus a 10% security deposit will be due 10 calendar days prior to check-in. Security deposit will be returned within 60 days after check-out less any phone or damage charges.
Cancellations
In the event of a cancellation, owner will return deposit if notice is given within 60 days of reservation date. Any exception to this policy shall be at the sole discretion of the owner.
Chef Service
Included in the rental fee are two meals per day, planned and prepared by our staff. In the event special food or beverages are requested, our staff will need at least 24 hours prior notice. All grocery costs are paid for by the guests and we limit this service to 10 people only. Any additional guests shall be charged 10% of the daily rental fee per person and permitted only at Ramon’s sole discretion. Finally, our staff is incredible and tips are greatly appreciated.
