Guest House Building Rights

The Guest House building rights on a west end parcel with several ocean and white water views.   The electrical and phone lines are underground along the road near the master plan approved building site. The water well system is nearby down the hill in Gato Canyon.

The existing Main House was completed in the mid 1990's and is located to the south ridge, out of sight.

In the County of Santa Barbara, a guest house can be 800 sq ft of "living space" with additional garage, breeze ways, decks and other out buildings used for storage or agricultural purposes.
