| LAND: Each canyon at Hollister Ranch is unique. Though most of the canyon roads are dirt or shale, the major ones are paved. Most front parcels are flat to rolling hills, mid-range parcels are rolling hills, and back parcels tend to be rugged or hilly terrain-providing exceptional views of the ocean, Channel Islands, and the Ranch. Many canyons have creeks and some even have a waterfall. |
