LAND:  Each canyon at Hollister Ranch is unique.  Though most of the canyon roads are dirt or shale, the major ones are paved. Most front parcels are flat to rolling hills, mid-range parcels are rolling hills, and back parcels tend to be rugged or hilly terrain-providing exceptional views of the ocean, Channel Islands, and the Ranch. Many canyons have creeks and some even have a waterfall.
HORSES:  100+ miles of riding trails, 8+ miles of beach, and yearly roundups with the cowboys make Hollister Ranch a Western experience!  Above, the Hollister Ranch cowboy's stock of horses. There is a horse boarding facility on the Ranch.  (more horse boarding photos here)
RANCHING:  From time to time Ranch cowboys heard their cattle along the beach, taking the most direct route. The Hollister Ranch is a full-time cattle co-op.
HOEDOWN:  Bulito Beach or "Ranch House Point".  This beach and cabaña (also below) are home to the summer annual, community Hollister Ranch Hoedown.  Hundreds of owners gather each year to enjoy the live music, gourmet food, art show, and games for the entire family.
CABANA:  3 Beach cabañas with BBQ cooking facilities, sinks, showers, and bathrooms for use by Ranch owners and guests along the stretch of Hollister Ranch beach common area. Stairway access to the beach.
